Our Philosophy
Here at The Vault we firmly believe in training everyone like an athlete. We want to see people unlock their peak performance whether it’s in their sport, job, or just overall life.
My name Is Ben Gilbert, founder and owner of The Vault Strength & Conditioning. I have been very privileged to work with a number of different athletes. From the grass roots ages all the way to the Division 1 level. I have a deep passion for helping any individual unlock their peak performance whether it’s getting stronger, faster, or simply just being able to feel more confident.
Through trial and tested programming we ensure to meet each individuals specific needs. With a mix of movement specific drills included in our programming we aspire to create the best well rounded athletes.
Our coaches take pride in making training fun for all ages. While working hard is a priority and required of all of our athletes we want to make sure that training is enjoyable for all so that they feel energized and inspired to continue moving the needle.
Consistency is the key for making progress in the gym. Results will never happen from just doing something once. You must keep stacking days with positive actions to produce a favourable outcome.
